Exodus International Launches
Newspaper Ad Campaign

August 9, 2004 - Ex-gay ministry Exodus International has launched a "Q&A" ad campaign to challenge current beliefs about homosexuality and to encourage the Christian church to provide answers for those with same-sex attractions.

The first ad in the campaign appeared in the Cincinnati Enquirer, and featured Exodus President Alan Chambers and his wife Leslie.

According to Chambers, "We believe that our culture is being bombarded with scientifically, psychologically, and spiritually inaccurate information by the liberal media and political elite. Exodus is challenging mainstream America to question homosexuality and encouraging the Church to provide the answer."
