NARTH Web Traffic Sees Steady Gains

July 18, 2007 - Visitors to the NARTH web site have steadily increased during the past year. In the month of June, for example, 123,293 visitors came to the site to read or download information.

This year, nearly 4,000 more visitors per month are viewing the NARTH site than in 2006.

For the week of July 11-17, 2007 there was a daily average of 4,212 visitors.

"These statistics are very encouraging to us," said NARTH President Joseph Nicolosi. "As the only scientific, non-religiously affiliated professional group of psychotherapists addressing this issue in the U.S., we have a key opportunity to balance the gay-activist material that is skewing the scientific debate.

"Our international web traffic has greatly increased as well--NARTH now has article translations into about a dozen foreign languages.

"It is my goal to double the number of visitors in 2008."
